1. Service Description

ShipNotify (“we,” “our,” or “the Service”) is an inventory intelligence application for Shopify merchants. We provide real-time inventory monitoring, low-stock alerts, demand forecasting, and reorder suggestions to help you prevent stockouts and optimize your supply chain.

2. Account Terms

  • ShipNotify is installed as a Shopify application through the Shopify App Store.
  • Each Shopify store is associated with one ShipNotify account.
  • You must have a valid Shopify store and the authority to install applications on that store.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activity that occurs through ShipNotify in connection with your store.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when using our Service.

3. Free Trial & Billing

  • Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to your selected plan’s features. No credit card is required to start.
  • Billing: After your free trial ends, you will be billed according to the plan you select. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen billing cycle.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
  • Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days’ advance notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond normal app usage.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using ShipNotify, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

You retain ownership of all your store data. We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, and graphics, is owned by ShipNotify and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipNotify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service provides inventory insights and forecasts as informational tools. We do not guarantee the accuracy of forecasts or that stockouts will be entirely prevented. Business decisions based on our data are made at your own discretion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling ShipNotify from your Shopify store.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that could harm the Service or other users.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
